We adhere to the following principles to ensure the protection of data:
We ensure information is protected against any unauthorized access. Users only have access to resources that they have been specifically authorized to access. The allocation of privileges is strictly controlled and reviewed regularly to maintain security.
We aim to comply with and, wherever possible, exceed national legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices.
We develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans to ensure we stay on course despite any obstacles. This approach helps us maintain operations during disruptions. It’s all about "keep calm and carry on".
We raise awareness of information security by making security training available to all employees. Security awareness is conducted consistently, and security responsibilities are reflected in job descriptions. Compliance with our security requirements is expected and accepted as part of our culture.
We ensure that no action will be taken against any employee who discloses an information security concern through reporting or direct contact with the Information Security Management Leader unless such disclosure indicates, beyond any reasonable doubt, an illegal act, gross negligence, or a repetitive deliberate or willful disregard for regulations or procedures.
